Possessing a doctor of nursing practice from Brandman University, Dr. Miriam Galindo is an experienced clinical psychologist, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and clinical social worker. Dr. Miriam Galindo operates a private practice in Costa Mesa, California, that she shares with her husband.

In addition to supporting families during high-conflict court matters, Dr. Galindo's work includes co-parenting counseling, reunification work, and child custody evaluations. Previously, she served on the approved panel of experts for Orange County Superior Court. She has completed more than 350 child custody evaluations.

Before opening a private practice, Dr. Galindo worked in social work and therapy roles for children and families. At Olive Crest Treatment Center, she served as a case manager and social worker for abused children. She later worked as a therapist at Olive Crest Therapeutic Education Center, a school serving children with serious emotional disturbances.

Dr. Galindo holds a master of social work from California State University, Long Beach, and a doctor of psychology from Trinity College of Graduate Studies. She donated a kidney in 2022 and has taught dementia caregiver education through Alzheimer’s Orange County since 2016.
